What changed

Fixed startup and settings paths.
Discovery scans uncached addresses and recognizes enrolled cameras.
Automatic recovery follows the enrolled camera after an IP change and verifies video before updating Frigate.
Added a Frigate restart fallback and corrected build scripts.

Install the update

Keep your existing camera and Frigate configuration. Stop the previous dashboard.
Extract the ZIP. Python 3.13 and the packages in requirements.txt are required.
Run Start-Dashboard.cmd and open http://127.0.0.1:8081.

This upgrades an existing local installation. It is not a signed installer. Docker, Frigate, camera setup and cloud pairing are separate prerequisites. Discovery covers the active /24 network. The camera and PC must share a reachable LAN. GPS flight control is not implemented.

Verified release

Validated with a Tapo C320WS: camera identity, RTSP video, Frigate address recovery and dashboard video delivery. Router migration was tested through simulation.
